Epcot food and Wine Festival seminars/demos

Just an FYI that DVC and Tables in Wonderland members and annual passholders are able to book the seminars and demonstrations at the Epcot Food and Wine Festival today. General public is able to book on Friday.

I've never done a F&W fest seminar but they all look awesome..I would love to visit the Belgium booth..yummy!

I always find the seminars are for people who are maybe a bit more serious about food than me. I think I just like to eat. I have had fun at the seminars I went to, but I sort of feel like some of them are wasted on me.

Haha..I am very serious about eating..but I agree there is a big difference between me..a girl who loves a good meal and a foodie.

After going to Culinary school I seriously cant not just stand there and watch someone else do the work..I want to do it with them! But I cant wait til F&W fest NEXT year to try to delish stuff that isnt being made in front of me...so I can go home and try it myself!

I actually wish there was more "hands-on" stuff at the Food and Wine Festival, too. I think the new Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic is going to have some seminars that are more about "learning and doing" than watching.
