Favorite "Land" at MK

Does anyone have a favorite "Land" at the Magic Kingdom? This could also include, "Main Street USA and Liberty Square".

Oh man...this is difficult. I think Frontierland might win out for me. Or Adventureland. I'm not sure I could pick between the two.

Oh no. This is too hard. I love them all..can I choose two? Main Street and Adventureland. Adventureland just makes me smile when I am there--none of the rides amaze me or anything but just hearing that music while eating my dole whip..oh my happiness!

Main Street is just classic..and the smells and the shopping make my heart thump.

I'm going to go with Main Street...like Bella said the smells are incredible, the shopping fun, and you get a great view of the castle! mickey

I would have to go with Main Street. It makes me feel like I just stepped back in time.

If I had to pick just one, it would be Fantasyland

I think Scrappy and Bella summed it up just right. It's Main St. for me too.

Main Street, by far. We always love walking along it. We got caught in a "crowd jam" there in Dec one time and it took 20 min to cross the street.

Kory if that ever happens again and you really want to move faster, all the stores on Main St. are interconnected and it's quicker to parallel Main St. by using the stores. Of course if you LIKE crowds just join the fun.

Ok, let me tell the whole story. This was in Dec of 2008 and we were going to MK after EPCOT had closed. this was apparently a good idea as everyone from all of the other parks were doing the same thing. As we arrived at MK the firework show had started and everyone just stopped on Main St to watch. We moved up to Casey's Corner to watch. When the firework finished, everyone that was in the park tried to leave and all the people that just arrived started into the park. Needless to say nobody was going anywhere and all of the shops were jam packed with people as well. It literally took 20 min to cross the street to tomorrowland. That was as bad as I have ever seen it there. We have noticed it since that they have fixed that issue and only allow you to go in one direction depending on which side of the street you are on.

I'm with Jess. I can't pick. Everytime I try to decide I like one over the other, I come up with a reason to disagree with myself! But I love the area around Castle. Probably my favorite part of the park is walking through the castle, followed by Liberty Square.

My favorite is "Main Street USA". I LOVE the "Victorian" era style to everything. It just makes me smile. It makes you wish you could live there. My favortite spot is the "Plaza Rose Garden". The rose collections are just beyond gorgeous!

I learned it during "Traditions" - orientation for Cast Members.

Frontierland. Main Street is a close 2nd place, though. The Main Street Bakery smells...The balloons, the castle...
