Free Dining

I'm sure we've all read about the latest Free Dining promo officially released today.

Of course, I'm going during the blackout; October 12-October 19th. Super bummed about that. There are 5 of us so that would have been a decent chunk of change saved. (we're at Pop so we would have paid for the Standard plan upgrade).

All we have is a pin code for room only that I applied a while back when we first booked; saved us only $200 (better than nothing, I know)

I'm going to try to pretend that free dining doesn't exist and live in blissful ignorance!

awesome

Welcome!
Another plus to not having free dinning offered when you are there is maybe no free dinning will mean less crowds!

I think we got free dining for upcoming trip but we had to go through a back way and take the memories package to get it.

@Scrappy,

True...I did put this into mind but wouldn't it technically already be crowded if they didn't feel the need to offer a promo that week? Just playing devil's advocate.

Regardless, I am not worried about crowds. I haven't been in October before (mostly January and a couple of times in the summer which I will never do again). I've read that it's a bit busier in October than January but still nice. As long as it's not 117 degrees with a 190 minute wait for Dumbo with a fastpass, I'm happy. haha!

We went in October last year, the week before when you're going, and we really didn't have that many issues with crowds. Obviously Epcot is going to be insanely busy on the weekends because of all the locals coming in to the Food & Wine Festival, but I feel like our wait times for rides in the other parks were never really that bad.

That is the same time we are going to be there. So, I was also trying to tell myself that it will not be busy laugh .

Nerak - welcome to the boards! We're glad to have you. You'll love October. It can still be a little warm - or not - but crowds are definitely down through the week. Enjoy!
