Homemade Ice Cream Sandwiches

You know, the ones where you pick two fresh-baked cookies and they put a huge amount of ice cream between the two? I know you can get them at the Main Street Bakery, the counter service spot over in Liberty Square, and in Dinoland in AK. Does anyone know of any other places?

Those things are the best. I actually didn't know they had them anywhere but on the Main Street Bakery.
