I'm new :)

aww loving the responses to my introduction on the forums! thanks guys you have made me feel so welcome.

I am also so sorry its took me so long in responding, we are in the middle of moving home and its all go with everything at the moment as you can imagine.

Ok, so we're staying at Port Orleans Riverside from 20th dec- 30th dec . I have stayed here in 2009 and thought it was a lovely setting, my fiance hasn't stayed here before though- so looking forward to seeing what he thinks of it.

We have already pre-booked alot of our disney meals..

I'll try and remember as I go along- we have booked Crystal Palace for breakfast on our first day and the plaza restaurant for later.
We have also booked over the 10 days, t-rex at downtown disney, 50's prime time, les chefs des france, garden grill, and on christmas day we have booked the candlelight processional dinner package. eating at the rose and crown at 4:10pm.

I have been going to disney world since I was 11 years old and I love the place so much- i feel like i can just be a big kid when im there and do feel so happy too. My fiance wasn't too sure about disney world when we started going out but I told him to give it a try and come with me and my family. He fell in love with the place- I really didn't think he would like it for some reason but he did! i was so pleased!!! Anyway, he's been twice now and we're so excited about our honeymoon.

We are getting married on Sat 17th december in church and having a lovely evening reception etc. We then get chance to get ourselves sorted and then off to florida we go. so excited!! we are having a midnight blue, silver and white themed wedding
Can;t wait to be strolling around disney with my hubby in his groom hat and my bride ears....

Ok in answer to other questions posted... my favourite park is definitely epcot. I love Epcot as it was the first park I ever went to and wasn't expecting to like really. I love the music that you hear when you're walking around epcot, i love spaceship earth the sight of the golfball still gets me everytime. I love everything about it. The world showcase is like an added extra... and illuminations. wow! i cry everytime! Don't get me wrong i obviously adore magic kingdom..but maybe i always secretly think of that first time to disney as it is such a special memory? Anyway, thats why we have chosen epcot for our christmas day too

Other questions: Restaurants- disney ones I love whispering canyon actually! haven't laughed so much ... KETCHUUUUP! lol Ragland road is lovely too!! hmmmm so many to choose! lol off site- my guilty pleasure is the golden corral on idrive!

Something I have to do when going to disney world/ hmmmm soo much! I personally love a lot of the fireworks and shows like the festival of the lion king, fantastmic, wishes, illuminations. When i hear the music from any of them type of attractions i usually well up and think to myself- i'm at disney world! My favourite attraction though- has to be splash mountain- although my fiance hates the drop... i'm gonna try my best to drag him on it... otherwise i'll be going down alone this year xxx

lap bars? really? o my god... im not pleased. I like just jumping in and off you go... hmmm! but i have to admit my mum has always said to me- i feel like i should have a bar or something. lol
