We are trying to plan a trip to stay at WL. There would be 5 going, my husband, 2 kids (9 & 6 yrs old) and my Mom. Would it be better/cheaper to get instead of 2 regular rooms a Jr. Suite or 2 BD Villa? Thanks!

The two regular rooms vs the 2 bd villa would depend on where you stay. I am sure two rooms in either the value or moderate resorts will cost much less than a 2 bedroom villa. I have never priced a Jr Suite other than at the Poly and if I remember correctly it would still be cheaper to do two rooms at the value or moderate.
Oops, just saw the Wilderness Lodge part. I still think two rooms will be cheaper than the villa. Really not sure about the Jr suite there.

I did just look it up. Two regular rooms are a good bit cheaper than the 2 bedroom villa. I did not see a Jr Suite listed for Wilderness Lodge under either just the Lodge or under the Villas.

They were at the Wilderness Lodge. The two rooms came in almost $200 per day cheaper than the 2 bedroom villa. You could look into renting points for the two bedroom. We have never tried that so I do not know how much that would be.

Renting points is usually a good deal cheaper. Try http://www.dvcrequest.com/ I haven't used them but as I understand it they are very professional.
I do a 2 Bedroom Villa for 4-5 people often and love the huge amount of space that it gives us. The full kitchen is wonderful to have, having the in room washer/dryer is awesome, and the jacuzzi tub is the best. Check out renting points before you rule it out!
