...at Six Flags Great Adventure in New Jersey. Has anyone ridden it? Yay/Nay?

I've had some friends that think it's the most incredible ride out there. One of whom (a very responsible lad, mind you) ditched his two little kids, wife, and job one sunny day to head over to Jersey and ride it all day!

Hi,

Never ridden it, though I live about an hour away. I'd like to, though. Travel Channel features it on its "Extreme Terror Rides" show. All I can say is.....

Good morning, Bali,

Considering that I haven't been to Six Flags Great Adventure since September 10, 1998 (it's kind of hard, though possible to get there without a car), I'm afraid it isn't likely.

Great Adventure has some good rides. The Kingda Ka is one where you want to get there early because the line gets really backed up. I haven't ridden it but I've seen the lines.
