Reading about the Kouzzina refurb it sounds like they're fancying it up quite a bit. Making it sound like more of a signature restaurant. Some questions:
1.) I haven't ever eaten there. If you have, was it not nice before? Did you like it?
2.) If not, are you interested in trying it now?
I haven't been, but I'd try it. I'm glad to hear that they've put some more time and thought into it. I was reading the Disney Food Blog's review of it, and, although the review was positive, reading between the lines, it seems to me that they could've done a better job changing the interior to look different than the previous restaurant (Spoodles.) I would expect a complete overhaul.

We were there in September of last year, shortly after they opened. We thought it was nice inside.

That's how I felt, too. The food wasn't outstanding. I liked it, but I have no burning desire to go back.
I had heard breakfast was the only must-get meal there, which is rarely a fancy affair. I'll be interested to see if it's still good now. We've had dinner there and it was fine, but not on my "go back soon" list.
Now Spoodles..that was a good hot meal and fun to say ALL at the same time..
I haven't been to Kouzzina but this is somewhere I'd consider going. Iron Chef rocks my world.

I always wondered why it closed as well. It seemed like it was a popular place.
