Least Comfy Attraction Vehicle at WDW

Jess's post about top attraction vehicles made me think of the ones I find especially uncomfortable. What's your least fave ride vehicle at WDW? For me, I'd say Barnstormer. I am neither overly tall nor overly massive, but that little car is HARD to get into! Poor Hubs - at 6'5", it's purtnear impossible for him.

But isnt it more for people under 5' though? Heh.... naw....

Hmmm.... in all honesty... even though its one of my favorites, I hate Spaceship Earth. I can never get comfy. Just hard plastic seats. And when ya go backwards... even that more comfy! Disney! Add some cushion!

Much as I love the Kilimanjaro Safari, those &$(@*%() truck seats are a royal pain! Astro Orbitor is another for me.

I agree with the safari. Hitting those bumps hurt! Astro... Don't know. Can't go on things that go in circles or I get miserable... Lol

At the risk of sounding redundant -- DINOSAUR!

100% agreed! That ride stopped on me when I was going uphill and my spine felt like it had bruises on it from being pushed back against the seat for so long. Love the ride, contoured or padded seats needed.

I think the seats on Expedition Everest kinda.. tilt.. upward in an odd sort of way. I can never sit "right" on them. Like.. the back is straight.. but the seat part, has this weird angle

Um Prime Evil Hurl..which puts four people in a wee seat meant for 2...therefore slamming your body up against the person next to you on all those awful spins.

Well...yes...technically, I suppose...but I can't imagine putting my 40 pound 6 year old on it alone! I still hold onto like she's gonna fly out Smile (understanding that, yes, it's gone for the time being...but yay! It's coming back. Love Barnstormer Smile

Speaking of riding with kiddoes, riding BTMRR with a little one means that you crush them on certain turns! But I spose that's not really the seat's fault.

As for SE...heeeeee...yes, hard plastic - but I must come with my own padding, because I've never had a problem. Love the backwards part Smile

What about Mission Space? What are those seats like?

I've always found Mission:Space pretty comfortable. They are very snug though but have to be due to the nature of the ride.

Mission: Space always looks like it's going to be more uncomfortable than it actually is. From the outside it looks cramped but it's really fine I think.

I second this one!! I always go when it's really slow so that we can convince them to only put 2 people in the car. I do NOT want to be that close to strangers laugh

Agreed on Spaceship Earth, too -- why can't they pad those seats like they do over on Haunted Mansion??

Also, Space Mountain is a bit...awkward... sad

I swear the last time I went on that ride I thought I was going to FLY OUT! Even though the bar was down as far as it could go! My legs hurt afterwards from trying to just stay in!

Prime Evil Hurl and Dinosaur are the absolute worst. They both cause bruising.

I totally have to agree with the Primevil Whirl, my youngest son loves this ride, but not me, especially when everyone is hot and sweaty, I really don't want to rub up against anyone else!

I love the Primeval Whirl, but I seem to be in a minority. Not the best seating arrangement though, I will admit.

I still haven't been on PW - last time I was at AK that I could have gone on it, I had DD with me, who was too short, and I was secretly, slightly pregnant with DS. I thought it looked like tons of fun. I'm hoping to try it and get over my phobia of Mission: Space, too. It's so stupid I haven't been on that one. It just whirls around, right? I usually love rides like that. Hmmm...sounds like a new thread to me...

it just whirls around but you dont really KNOW you're whirling around. It really DOES feel like you're taking off into space. It's pretty cool
