MK and MNSSHP the same day?

I've planned our trip so that we'll be at MK already the day of MNSSHP, because it seemed like the best way to me (no time lost for transportation, etc. and won't have to leave another park early to go back to the resort and change).

Sound like a good plan?

I think this is OK, assuming you won't get tired out and want to head home for a nap in the afternoon!

I usually find that I like to focus on the parade, fireworks, and MNSSHP goings-on during the evening and not try to fight crowds to get on rides, so I like the idea of riding stuff in the daytime and doing the fun extra MNSSHP stuff at night.

Also, you might consider (if you haven't already) getting an ADR at one of the MK sit-down restaurants for around 5:00pm. That could offer a good respite and refresh you for the evening!

We tend to break things up, but I would definitely say MK on the same day as the party is a better idea than a different park on the day of the party. As you say much less transit. Annie's idea is great too. Get dinner at Tony's Town Square or Liberty Tree Tavern and relax a bit before the party.

Thank you both, that is a fine idea. I think I'll call right now silly

Availability was very limited sad I made reservations at the Plaza Restaurant. Not my first choice, but timing was more important to me than the choice of restaurant.

We may split one, have to remember the copious amounts of candy we'll be scoring later in the evening clapping

Yes! Indeed! (Don't be afraid to get two bags at the start.)
