MNSSHP ticket question

A while back I called and purchased tickets (2) to MNSSHP for 14 Oct. The operator I was dealing with told me that the tix. would be at the "will call" window at the MK and gave me the confirmation number that they would be under at the window. Recently I was thinking that when I purchased tix. to MVMCP a couple of trips back, they mailed those tix. to me at home and I had those tix. in hand when we flew to WDW. My question is, is it a new procedure NOT to mail tickets out or was it a mistake on the part of the operator I was speaking to? I would much rather have the tix. in hand to be able to check for errors reference the date etc.. Has anyone else purchased tix. to the MNSSHP and how was it handled?

Unless they've changed something the tickets for special events were usually mailed. I would call and ask another CM. Sometimes CM's are not as informed as we are laugh

Of course it could be a budget cut..but who knows.

We just got our MVMCP tickets mailed recently. I suspect you can get them mailed, you'll just have to pay the ridiculous "handling fee".

I think we had to pick ours up last time. And we ordered a fair bit out. I wonder what the difference is? Maybe I'm not remembering correctly. Or maybe it was that they were supposed to show up in the mail and never did, so we had to pick them up.
