I love your park/food combos.

Hopping on the monorail for Kona from MK will be awesome, via Napoli in Epcot and GF right before MNSSHP all sound perfect to me.

What are you eating on Friday? (Can you tell what I like to focus on about the trips?)

On Friday I was thinking flame tree or tusker house... or even heading over to world showcase for food and wine... maybe sci-fi. I think World Showcase may be the best mid-day transition break. Then take a relaxing monorail ride to the TTC and off to Animal Kingdom. I don't want to over plan the trip Wink

Seems like a waste not to hit F&W since it's going on, but that's the first day right? That could be quite a fiasco. laugh

My thoughts exactly... first day of F&W might not be the best day to indulge in the festival.

I've heard that the F&W festival is WAY busier at the end than it is at the beginning but that analysis might not have included day 1.

That's a good question, I'm not sure about the answer. I'm pretty sure you can beat the crowds by getting there a little bit early though.

Also, your plan looks like a blast to me!

As long as you get there early -- around 11am when it opens -- you should be fine. The weekends are the worst, but the first day should be OK until around 4pm (when the locals start showing up).

Poor guys with their jobs! I think it would be very strange to go to WDW after work. Too much of a gear change for me.

We were there on the first day last year. It was extremely crowded relative to the rest of the trip, but I suspect it can get much worse at F&W. While there were masses of people everywhere, we had late lunch/early dinner at F&W and didn't have to wait more than five minutes or so for anything. Even with long lines, there was not much wait; they really keep things moving in the F&W lines.

I can't wait to go to Paradiso 37! I've heard such great things about it!

The tentative plan looks good!
