I've read a lot of blogs about this. Most people indicating it takes quite a while to actually get your ADRs done with this thing.

I always kind of felt that the ADR people on the phone made it take a while too, just so that you had to REALLY want your ADR to actually get it.
It is way faster than calling.

At a bare minimum you don't have to listen to them explain all the stuff they've explained on your last 100 ADRs.
