Park Tickets

Need some help in regards to buying park hopper tickets. I have always gotten them as park of a package deal and now this year will be different - as DVC members clapping
Since CJ, the kids and I are going twice this year I will be purchasing annual passes for the 5 of us, however, I need to buy hopper tickets for my grandma and my MIL.

Grandma will be there from a Friday - Sunday = 3 days. MIL will be there from a Monday to early Friday so she'll only need 4 days. Looking at Undercover Tourist prices seem to be cheapest.

Could I get a 7 day hopper ticket and let grandma use it for 3 days and then MIL use it for the remaining 4? That is cheaper than getting one 3 day ticket and one 4 day ticket.

Will Disney add the hopper ticket(Drunk to the room card? Is that going to then be an issue?

Thanks for the help gang!

I think the finger print scanner at the gates may cause a problem with a shared ticket. Unless anyone else knows different.

That stinks! At UndercoverTourist, a 3 day (with one day free - can't find just a 3 day - don't need any extra days!) is $283 and a 4 day hopper is $283 that is $566 vs a 7 day which is $291

That is $275 extra having to buy them separately eek

Heck, just buy two 7 day tickets with the no-expiration option and they can come back whenever they want. it'll probably be cheaper!!

I thought about that but they are $356 a piece so that would be over $700 eek

They really do get you on tickets, don't they?! We're contemplating a disneyland trip, and the ticket price just seems outrageous -- we're used to our Annual Passes!

It totally SUCKS that I have to by a hopper pass for 3 days for gma and then one for 4 days for MIL - if *I* wasn't paying I wouldn't care laugh

That's how they strong-arm you into buying an annual pass! It's only a little more... waiting
