So my mom just informed me that tomorrow when we get there she wants to get her nails done. She's like well since we are staying in a posh hotel there is surely a place to get them done. I said I didn't think AKL had anything but maybe she could get them done at the Grand Flordian. I'm going to research this but I was wondering if anyone had ever had their nails done at Disney
Haven't yet, but I'm always researching it because I want to go through the full pampering on one of my trips. 
The Grand Floridian spa is closed for refurbishment right now. It looks like the only other place to get a mani on property is at the Dolphin. Here's a link to the price sheet.

Most of the Deluxe resorts do have a spa, but most of them only offer massages, facials. and body treatments. Only GF, SS and Dolphin offer mani/pedis from what I've been able to find.

55 for Manicure?1?! I will do both manicure and pedicure for that before leaving. I know it is a vacation but I am cheap.

I'm a spa girl and had my nails done at the Grand Floridian a couple of trips back. Not as many polish choices as I was used to at home, but it was an awesome and relaxing experience. It's all hand work, no rotary tools, though my nails are my own, so I'm not sure if it would be different if she has any sort of coating on hers. In addition to having my nails done, using the spas services included use of the saunas, hot tub and ladies lounge. The price was on par with a high end salon at home.
The Spa at the Swan & Dolphin is run by Mandara, and is a signature Balinese style spa. Nikki Bryan Spas are more European. When the Grand Floridian Spa reopens on December 17th, it will no longer be run by Nikki Bryan, and by January 16th that company will be out of all the WDW Spas. Disney will be running it's own spas from here on out, here's a link to that new story posted on the main page.
