Hi Folks, My neighbour has asked me her advice on this ( see photo ) Is this genuine or do you think it's a scam to get childrens address?..I've never heard of this and personally don't think Disney would do this.?..I told her to do nothing until I get back to her..

Yeah that's a real thing I did it as a kid. Also if you ask in city hall for your favorite character or tell them you missed your fav they will give you a signed picture or have one sent to your hotel
