Lizzy_b make sure to post your thoughts after you eat there Friday....the crazy corn app and the fish taco entree really got my attention when I was looking over the menu (fish tacos are one of my favorite things on the planet!)....they had alot of interesting choices that looked really delicious
We were thinking about taking our students there this summer because a friend just told us how much fun they had there and we were impressed- I really hadn't heard much about it before her.

after seeing the DFB post about it I'm dying to try it!
Hmmm never even thought to eat there but after reading that I think it's a must... Maybe we will go there on our adults only trip 
My family and I ate at Paradiso 37 when we went to Disney last November and I would highly recommend it to everyone! We had a large group of 8, with 2 kids, and they seated us very quickly. Also, my sister has a lot of food allergies and the cook came out to talk to us about what he could make special for her!! I thought that was so nice of him! The food was very good, and it was a great place.
Every Chef will come out and talk to you if you let your server know you have food allergies. If you let them know ahead of time, they even try to get better substitutes for what ever you are allergic to.

Paradiso 37 is a must stop place for me now! On SB back in March I went there twice and it was wonderful! As a 21 year old college student its a fun place to break up the constant Disney feel but yet youre still in DTD. The food is delicious, portions are large and the drinks...OH MAN they are to die for! Yes I splurged and had a top of the top shelf margarita at $22.00 but I still talk about how wonderful that drink was. Afterall, it is vacation! It is also a family place as well and I absolutely love sitting outside on their patio!
Wife and I had "check-in day" dinner last October.
Food quality very good....the Queso is very yummy...and unique at the same time....2 bigs thumbs up...and in the dish to clean it out! 
It was a very noisy the night we were there...difficult to even talk....but we were OK with it.
I haven't been there yet, but you guys really make it sound like I should go as soon as possible!
We've looked at the menu and it looks amazing, but just got a question for anyone who's dined there about the beef burrito. Is it ground beef or shredded?
