What IS Grey Stuff?

Okay, my kids and I can sing the song, I've seen the picture of it, and it is now on their regular menu (used to have to ask for it)...BUT WHAT IS IT????? (and please don't tell me "delicious") Anyone actually know what is in this less than pretty but apparently delicious concoction????

It is a chocolate mousse made from whipped cream and oreos cookies with a cookie wafer base. I've had it and it's just okay. Considering all the wonderful desserts that Disney makes it doesn't rank very high for me. I can say I tried and now I will move on a select another dessert.

I am a pretty good cook and I can't get my head around how they make it .....grey.
I did see it on the menu...but to get it grey, the chocolate has to be pretty light and there is a need for some blacker color element to make it grey and not choc or cream color.

Oreo cookies, they make it grey.
