Hi and welcome kawaka! Have fun on your cruise!

From Sanaa I'd order the appetizer sampler, the choice of two platter with the Basmati rice and Spicy Durban Chicken and Beef Short Ribs, Bread Service with the servers recommendations for accompaniments, and warm rice pudding for dessert. Great, now my mouth is watering!

What would you order if you were at Flying Fish?

http://allears.net/menu/menu_ff.htm

Uh uh! I got this, I'd order this, this , and this!

1) The Flying Fish Cafe
Artisanal Cheese and Wine Flight Experience
"Age is something that doesn't matter, unless you are a cheese". . . Billie Burke
Degustation of Flying Fish Artisanal Cheeses
Five Tasting Portions and Accompaniments:
Raisins on the Vine, Spanish Membrillo, Savannah Bee Company Honeycomb,
and a Kiln-dried and fresh Blueberry, Bermuda Onion, and Currant Compote "Agrodolce
MT TAM
This is Cowgirl Creamery's signature cheese from Point Reyes, CA. It is a smooth, creamy, elegant and triple-creme cheese. It is made with tasty organic milk from the Straus Family Dairy. MT TAM is firm, yet buttery with a mellow, earthy flavor reminiscent of white mushrooms.

Beehive Cheese Creamery "SeaHive"
This hand-crafted artisanal cheese is a true expression of our local flavors; milk, salt and honey and the love for cheese making. SeaHive is hand-rubbed with Beehive wildflower honey and local Redmond salt. The honey is harvested from a local farm where the bees visit wildflowers and fruit orchards. The salt is from an ancient sea bed near Redmond, Utah and contains unique flecks of color that are the result of more than 50 natural trace minerals. This artisanal gourmet cheese indeed bursts with flavor: sweet, floral notes of the honey, salt and the sharpness of the cheese; a real adventure in flavor.

Fromager d'Affinois de Brebis
Fromage d'Affinois de Brebis is a soft-ripened pure sheep's milk cheese with a creamy texture and a sweet taste. Fromager de Brebis is a soft bloomy rind sheep's milk cheese from the Rhone-Alps region in France. Produced by the well-renowned Guilloteau creamery, it is very similarly to the other sheep-milk bloomy rind cheeses produced by the company. The cheese is produced in a rectangular shaper and also hails the name Le Berger de Rocastin. The paste is mild and rich while the rind provides a flavor and texture this is savory and builds complexity.

Belle Chevre Fig
For almost 20 years Belle Chevre has been hand-crafting fine French style goat's milk cheeses in rural Alabama. A wayward Alabamian, Tasia Malakasis, a woman with a grand appetite for Chevre (the French word for goat and pronounced 'shev) founded Belle Chevre and developed a winning recipe that has, to date, garnered over 50 national awards from American Cheese Society and other famed institutions. Tasia, ever passionate about food, fell in love with the product, and came back to Alabama to learn the art of cheese making and finally persuaded the owner Emeritus to let her be the next generation of Belle Chevre. This creamy goat cheese is combined with flavorful fig preserves for a healthful and perfectly balanced cheese.

Rogue River Blue
This is a seasonal cheese and is only available in the fall months. The Rogue River Blue is naturally rinded. This aging process imparts flavors from the Rogue River Valley. These naturally occurring molds from the terroir impart flavors of wild ripened berries, hazelnuts and pears. For preservation, it is wrapped in grape leaves from the Applegate Appellation. The grape leaves are soaked in Pear Brandy and tied with Raphia.

2) Yellowfin Tuna Tartare and Crispy Tempura Tuna-Vegetable Sushi Roll
Hijiki and Wakame Seaweed, Yuzu Tobiko, and Wasabi Foam with a Sweet-and-Spicy Sauce

3)Our Signature Flying Fish Cafe Entree Duo:
"Char-crusted Angus New York Strip Steak" and "Potato-wrapped Red Snapper"

Because I just had this last Friday night and it was sooooooooooooooooo gooooooood!

What would you order if you were eating at the Yachtsman Steakhouse?

I'm craving Chinese food, so I think if I were in Disney tonight I would give Nine Dragons a try. I haven't eaten there before, but this is what sounds good on their menu to me...

  • Cucumber Salad - Lightly spiced and refreshingly sweet and sour
  • General Tso's Chicken Buns - Steamed Chinese Buns with Battered Fried Chicken Breast and General Tso's Sauce
  • Honey-Sesame Chicken - Chef Wei's Specialty served with Asparagus
  • Chinese Ginger Cake

What would you be eating at Disney tonight?

I just looked up recipes for tonkatsu sauce, so I think I would need to go to Tokyo Dining for some good Japanese food. But not the tonkatsu, I liked that bento box thing better.

Fish and Chips from the UK
Mashed potatoes from Frontera Cocina
Croissant and a mimosa from France
Steak with mac and cheese from Mama Melrose
BBQ fries from Flame Tree
Ooey gooey toffee cake from Liberty Tree

I would just eat myself silly apparently
