Hrmm... the pineapple eclair sure looks interesting. Not sure it's quite my thing, but I would love to find out.
With all the talk of dole whips and pineapple, what do.you think about this new addition from Amorette's Patisserie?A whipped pineapple eclair! Their stuff isn't just fru-fru nice looking, it actually tastes amazing too! I'd try it.

The eclair looks good, but if I'm honest, we were really underwhelmed by Amorette Patisserie. The two desserts we tried were pretty bland tasting.

Have you had the new version? I loved the original, but I haven't tried the new one yet.

My vote is for Dole Whip (with or without rum)

I have to say... just made it to the World in early August... I truly enjoyed the new Peter Pan Float in Fantasyland. It's essentially a lime flavored dole whip with a sprite. It was yummy. I'm a fan.

I'm loving the pictures I have seen of those. They look super cute. I hadn't heard anyone talk about how it tastes yet though. I'm glad that it's good!

If you're a fan of lemon and/or lime flavor ... it's really good. The sprite is a really good mix with the keylime whip/ice cream. The feather is a separate little chocolate treat. I personally find lemon or lime pretty refreshing on a hot day.
That said, if you're not a fan of lime....you probably want to stick with the originals over in adventureland.
Haha - this will shock absolutely noone. individual Mango Pies!!! Ever since they made those available i cannot get enough every visit. I. Love. These.
Advisory update! Joe and I ditched the relatives last night and went to AK for some Everest and FoP. We swung by Anandapur Local Foods Cafe for a mini Mango Pie fix. It was about 7:30 pm. It was gummy! The flavor was good but the filling and crust was gummy. I don't know if it had anything to do with being late in the day that it gets gummy, or if it was just an off batch.
I ate it, but I kept telling Joe "It' gummy!"
