That looks a bit like the crest on the UK pavilion building- but it is the back of the Cindy Castle

Due to the lack of guesses Colonel, this might be a bit tougher than expected. It looks like something from the beasts castle but I really dont have any idea. Hint?

it's in one of the four parks and it's pretty conspicuous. I would say you have probably walked past it 100 times
