MrHub you are correct they are the Sassagola River Boats that run from Port Orleans Riverside and Port Orleans French Quartet Resorts to Downtown Disney. Or now Disney Springs.

The clock on Muppet Vision 3D building.
It's the clock nearest the Lights, Motors, Action car show at the end of streets of America.. I'm not sure what the building is called that the clock hangs from.. Backlot tour sat directly behind it, as well.
