My DH made sure that I made lunch time reservations at Yak & Yeti solely for the Kobe burger. This better be one heck of a burger...lol. When I go to WDW I usually like to eat something other than burgers though...I take advantage of our deluxe dining plan. But at home I usually love to get burgers from Five Guys, but DH sticks with their hot dogs instead.

Well here it is:
Kobe Beef Burger - 10 oz grilled American Kobe beef burger, sesame-soy sauce, mayonnaise, crispy shoestring fries. topped with choice of shiitake mushroom & scallion compote or Asian slaw $17.99

But I just googled and can't find a menu after July 2011. I know Jeff just got it on his last trip so they still had it then.

Oh heck yeah....this was awesome. I would vote it my absolute best burger at WDW. And it was still on the menu when we were there in April.

Yak and Yeti is my all-time favorite at this point. Every time we've been there the food has been great, and I always look forward to going back the next time.

OMG the thoughts of this burger are making me drool again.....

you know so many people love 5 guys but I've never been able to figure out what all the hype is about

eek eek eek They are only the best burgers and fries in the good Ole U S of A.

maybe its because they are always so packed that's why I don't like them

you should try the fudrucker's in the cross roads plaza! I have never been to that particular one but all the one's here in ma. are fantastic and they are all the same, plus the have the fresh toppings bar like at peco's you guy's love so much, i know it not disney but if you have a car worth the trip

I like the Grand Floridian Cafe burger with asparagus, hollandise sauce, and lobster. UM YUMMY! Its no fast food burger for sure. We also like the burger at ABC Commissary and it comes with some fried shrimp for a little surf and turf. Of course the plaza or beaches n cream gives you the classic burger, fries and milkshakes which how can you go wrong with that combination. I guess it just depends on the time you have an how fancy you are wanting to go.

I don't eat a lot of burgers at WDW but the best I've had was the Angus Chuck Cheeseburger at the Electric Umbrella in Epcot. It was the mushrooms and onion rings on it that won it for me!

You can't compare some of the burgers though. You need to split them up, Counter service Burger, Sit down restaurant Buger and then Signature Dinning Burger!

I can't speak to the best burger as I haven't eaten at WDW since I was a kid, but I absolutely cannot wait to try the Kobe burger at Yak and Yeti's!

The best burger I ever had at WDW was at the old Concourse Steakhouse in the Contemporary. Since that's gone, I'm going to say that The Plaza Restaurant has an amazing burger....the kaiser roll, sweet potato fries...so very good.

I can't speak for the Kobe burger, never had one. Beaches and cream has a good burger. Great burger in an old fashion ice cream soda fountain setting. Sundaes to end the visit is the perfect lunch.
