Probably claustrophobic, but not so in awe of the tentacled creature.

Yeah, that's about what I figured!
Given my experience on Mission: Space with claustrophobia (which I wrote about in another thread somewhere), I don't know how quickly I'd be willing to get into a confined area like that again anyway! We went to visit a real submarine in MD once, and I can't IMAGINE living in there, under the water - uh uh, no way!

@teacherdrama Me either. I'd hate to live underwater for months at a time.

@Lifeisforliving Isn't that interesting that we assume those attractions will be around forever...and then get really angry when they're taken away?

I distinctly remember getting on the submarines and suddenly realizing they weren't really submarines at all.

Although a bit surprised, I was actually impressed rather than disappointed. Impressed that Disney found a way to FOOL you into thinking you'd gone below the surface, when all they'd done was park your rear a few feet below the surface.

I wonder how many people over the years rode that thing and never figured out Disney's "dirty little secret"...?
