I believe that was on Oahu. This one was taken at Volcano National Park on the Big Island.

Nik that pic on the big island is AMAZING! I love the juxtaposition of the rainbow and the lava!

I think you'll see that waterfall pic a few more times if you scroll back through this thread! Two others here have visited Waimea Canyon!

I've been travelling around the UK again and managed to get quite a few pics that I'm really pleased with.

It's Selworthy in Somerset, south west England. The cottages are owned by the National Trust, I don't think anyone actually lives in them.

Nobody lives there? What a waste! I wonder how much they'd cost if they were for sale. Great views.

It is a Revolutionary War period house at Tannenbaum Park in Greensboro,NC.
I felt a little walk around history was a good way to spend Veteran's Day.

Brandmaster, I use the picture icon on the tool bar, just above the posting field. Then I post directly from the files on my computer. Some other folks use picture sharing services, like Flickr, I believe. But this is the way I've always done it. Let me know if you need more detail...looking forward to seeing your pics!

www.photobucket.com is what I use. Real simple and gives you the "img" codes you need to put them on here

You might want to consider resizing it so that it doesn't mess up the forum page.

Edit: Ooops.. never mind. I see you got it.

As requested by Lizzy on another thread...

A few pics from my latest trip to Zakynthos, Greece. First a few of the main town on the island, including the main shopping street in the middle of the day.

and finally, we tend to forget about photographing food until we've eaten half of it, but this light lunch was very nice. with the chips (fries?) we have greek sausage, locally grown tomatoes, feta cheese and some pork stew stuff that tasted good.

PS. good to see you posting again ZZ. Smile
