AAA "Open Mouse"

January is Disney month at AAA.

I just got an email from AAA that they are holding a Disney "Open Mouse" on January 7 at my local AAA office from 9:00 - 2:00. One of the offers listed in the email is 30% off room rate at Old Key West or Saratoga Springs (for specific dates based on booking). I'm going to try to see what other offers they have.

They are also hosting an Adventures by Disney event at at restaurant not far from me on the 25th. I may have to sign up for that.

Thanks for the head's up! I shall advise Joe that I am aware of this, as our AAA membership is in his name and I am guessing that he will delete any such emails he gets in an attempt to avoid being dragged to any such events.

I shall also advise him that January is Disney Month, to which I expect he will respond "What month isn't around here" Puzzled

I went to the "Open Mouse" today. They didn't have any great deals for November. They were more for Spring travel. Since I was there, I booked my trip so..... let the countdown begin!

I forgot to mention the agent I booked the trip through also gave me a set of Mickey Mouse ears. They were supposed to be for the kids that came in but they didn't have any, so she gave them to me for being a kid at heart.

Is it a "standard" Mickey Mouse ears, or a special AAA-version?
