How about a dip in the pool right before heading home?

I don't think that this would be a bad idea! You don't have a ton of things to do at Epcot and the swimming would help the kids to get adjusted to Florida and have a little downtime from the plane before your dinner ADR Smile

would a 3pm arrival to epcot allow us enough time to do Soarin, the seas with crush, mexico pavillion, Italy pavillian, shopping in japan, Malestorm, Dinner at l'cellier and Illuminations?

That will depend on what time your ADR is for and exactly how long of a wait there will be for Soarin. It is always at least 90 minutes and we have seen it longer than that.

wow. when we were there 4 years ago there was no wait for soarin. Touring plans put our crowd day as a 1.1 so maybe it wont be long! our ADR at le'cellier is at 5:55

You can fastpass Soarin though, which still gave us about a 20 min wait when we were there in October. I think we arrived at around 2pm on our first day there and, while we didn't have a sit down dinner, we easily fit all of that in on top of F&WF booth grazing on a BUSY Saturday.

It's an abbreviation for the Food and Wine Festival that is held in Epcot October and early November.

I think your plan is great as a "wish list" but I think you should not be disappointed if you have to go with the flow a bit and maybe add things in and take things out as you go. I have been to Disney so many times that I have lost count and still never manage to do everything on my current Disney "to do list". The up side of this is that you have to book another vacation to finish your list. I first went to Disney when I was 8 and my sister was 4. We just wanted to ride "it's a small world" over and over again. My parents were flexible enough to let us do this. So when you get there and your kids want to ride the carousel and it's not on the list, you may find your plans change.

I think my husband is the one who deserves the medal. I still like Small World now and always make him ride it laugh

I would probably go in this order

~Arrive Epcot
~Nemo
~Soarin'
~Canada Dinner ?
~Mexico
~Norway
~Italy
~Japan
~Morocco
~Illuminations

That's clockwise (starting to the left) around the lagoon. However, Mexico could pop in front of Dinner if need be and you wouldn't be getting too far away from the Canada Pavilion. If that is the case and those are out of the way before dinner, I would reverse that order and do Morocco, Japan, Italy, Norway after dinner. It all depends on how fast the line is moving at Soarin' If you're going to hit any big line it will be there. I don't think it's impossible, but I do think it's ambitious.

And its flower and garden festival when we are there so it looks like there is some really cool stuff like the OZ gardens and playgrounds. Lots to do!
