Blaze Fast Fired Pizza

Blaze Fast Fired Pizza has finally opened up in Disney Springs adding another great quick service option for guests to choose from. I'm pretty happy to see some new quick service options to balance out the wave of table service that has recently arrived in Disney Springs. Blaze seems a bit like Subway, or Chipotle, only with Pizza. You walk down a line picking from fresh ingredients and let them know what you want to top your pie.

Will Blaze be on your must eat at list next time you're in Disney Springs?

P.S. They also have a gluten free pizza crust for those who need it.

It looks like it'll be serving great pizza, and I really love pizza, but with all of the other new spots, pizza won't be my first food choice at Disney Springs.

We have a Blaze pizza in the town next to mine, and they have great pizza. For those who need gluten free, Blaze is a great option. Their crust is out of this world and they are very careful about cross-contamination.

I suppose that depends on the cross contamination that you have to worry about.

I saw a picture of their counter with all the choices you could get on your pizza, and the spot the blue cheese was sitting was in a place that meant the mozzarella would probably get cross contamination from it. I was really disappointed by that because my daughter is very allergic to blue cheese. I suppose that its possible they would open a new "clean" bag of mozzarella for her. That would be acceptable to us. I should ask when I'm there.

Honestly, that's not going to keep me from eating there, but my Katie might not want to take the risk.
