BOG FastPass?

I am sure I have missed this somewhere and I am sure I am overlooking something....but where on the Fast pass selection page is BOG? We really enjoyed it the last time we were there and thought doing a FP would be a great idea. I know some of you guys have already done this so what am I missing Puzzled

Does anyone know if you can only get a FP for BOG if you are staying at a Disney resort? Every time I try to get one through this link, it asks for my reservation ID#. DH and I don't stay on property, but we have AP. I was hoping to be able to get a FP for BOG. I don't know much more than the basics when it comes to computers, so I might be doing something wrong when I try to get a FP through this link.

Yes Annie I do think you have to be staying on property to use that link. One of the perks.

Well, I am staying on property and I tried to log in using the link mrhub provided and it wouldn't let me access the site. When I went searching for answers, I found a FAQ page on the Disney site that said you have to be invited to do the BOG FP. So, I guess we will just be lining up early waiting

I was confused about it too, but it ended up working for me when I put in the 16 digit reservation ID, not the 8 digit code with letters in it that I was trying to use before. Hoping this will help you!

Yes we are. I called and got my Reservation number because all I had was our confirmation number and the "new" number worked Smile ! Unfortunately, there were no FP' s available for my dates of stay Sad and on top of that all of my days weren't listed Puzzled so I called back and the CM said that it might not be updated yet since I added on days. I may try to find a different number to call since I just called the main line. I mean I added those days a few weeks ago and everything is correct on MDE so it would make sense that it should be right on there as well.

We tried to book this FP right at the 60 day mark for our May trip. We went to the link that mrhub listed above and it allowed us to sign in and pick our dates, but just kept saying 'not available'. I called Disney and they said there were none available (actually tried a couple different Disney numbers in case we got different answers!). We tried online pretty much everyday until just last week, we got an email from Disney inviting us to get a BOG FP. We clicked on the link and we got in immediately! Not sure if I can give any tips other than keep trying and check your email! mickey

Well good luck Ms.Mouse. I didn't get an email this time. I did get one January of 2013 and we went but didn't get on since, so I don't think it has anything to do with that.

Where do you find the 16 digit reservation ID? I only can find the 8 digit confirmation code on My Disney Experience which hasn't been working on the BOG FP+ reservation site, but I figured it just wasn't working because I'm more then 60 days out...

We received an invite when we stayed at AKL last August. Just tried again and it let me reserve a FP - but only within the next week. It still lists the family we traveled with last August & wouldn't let us change the party members. I went all the way through to the end, and I received a confirmation.

Of course, then I canceled it because we aren't going this week....

I just checked and our reservation numbers are the same as our confirmation numbers. Both are 12 digits long.

I booked through a TA and only had the 8 digit confirmation number so I called the main line and they were able to give me my Reservation number. It is 12 digits long but that is what I needed to get into the BOG FP site. I don't know if booking through a TA makes a difference with getting a confirmation number vs. a reservation number.....they were able to access my information with the confirmation number.

Weird! I booked direct through Disney and the only thing I can find on the My Disney Experience page is an 8-digit confirmation number that has numbers and letters in it...Maybe I'll just have to call...

Oh whoops I meant 12 digits. I couldn't find it anywhere on MDE, but my mom had them written down in her planner book from originally booking, and it is also on our ME luggage tags. I was not able to get a FP time to show up until I was 31 days out, unfortunately.

Well here in the UK my booking reference is 8 numbers, but our MDE is a 12 digit number...I've been reading reviews ( as ever ) on Debs and I think the setting is more impressive than the food..(lunch) ...

We loved dinner there! Lunch was ok for my Hubby but I loved the Quiche. Very good! It's a great place to sit down, cool off and enjoy the experience! A must do for me every time.

So I'm confused...can I not try for the FP+ for BOG if I have a package? That doesn't make much sense. Clearly I'm missing something here. confused

All of this is confusing. I have both...the 8 digit code with letter and a 12 digit reservation number. When I called for the reservation number the CM told me that when I check in I would get a code or something that would help get a FP for BOG. So, I am just going to keep trying everyday online and see what happens. If all else fails, we will just get there early and wait in line laugh

I called Disney twice and was told I couldn't, but we received our ME tags today and they had the 12 digit code and it worked. We were able to get one for May 4th!! Keep trying!

Yay! clapping yay clapping yay awesome

Allie, we never get a package anymore either so that's not it.

We never have to put in a code, or confirmation # or reservation # for the BOG lunch fastpass .

Our last few trips, never had to connect anything to the MDE site either. When we book something, resort, dining what ever, it automatically connects to our account. Even the Magicbands never had to be connected by us or at check in. They just checked to make sure they were activated and they were.
