Right now, we're planning on honeymooning at WDW in October, and want to use the honeymoon registry to pay for our trip, but of course you have to book a trip first. I know that you have to pay a certain amount up front, so my question is: can you pay the deposit using Disney gift cards? I'm considering asking for gift cards for Christmas if you can.

As long as you go through Disney and not say AAA... I dont see why you cant.

What a fantastic question! I've paid for my room many times with gift cards, but I've never tried to put my deposit down with one.
I would give Central Reservations Office a call and ask. 407-W-DISNEY (407-934-7639)
