So I was going to say "definitely not" when someone asked me this earlier this week, but another person who is pretty in-the-know said she thought you could. Either you could turn 2 CS into 1 TS or turn 1 TS into 2 CS. I find this hard to believe but she seemed confident. Does anyone know?

I know when the DDP first came out this is something that you were able to do. I am not sure if it was widely known or if they still allow it to happen.
