Disney Dining Bucket List: Celebrity Chef Edition

Lately it seems like the celebrity chefs are popping up all over the place at Disney Springs, I truly understand why the media is starting to call it Disney's Theme Park of Food. While the celebrity Chefs aren't at these restaurants all the time, they've put their stamp on the menus and names on the door. That's not the only spot where you can find food from super-star chefs at Disney thought. I'm starting a bucket list for myself with the goal of eating at all of them!

Which of these celebrity chef restaurants have you eaten at?

Wolfgang Puck - Wolfgang Puck Cafe at Disney Springs
Masuhara Morimoto - Morimoto Asia at Disney Springs
Art Smith - Homecoming Florida Kitchen at Disney Springs
Rick Bayless - Frontera Cocina at Disney Springs
Kevin Dundon - Raglan Road at Disney Springs
Aaron Sanchez - House of Blues at Disney Springs
Guy Fieri - Planet Hollywood at Disney Springs
Todd English - Bluzoo at the Swan and Dolphin
Paul Bocuse - Monsieur Paul in Epcot
Scott Hunnel - Victoria & Alberts at the Grand Floridian

Places I have eaten:
Wolfgang Puck - Wolfgang Puck Cafe at Disney Springs
Kevin Dundon - Raglan Road at Disney Springs

I also ate at Cat Cora's restaurant when it was open.

Places I have ADRs for upcoming trips:
Art Smith - Homecoming Florida Kitchen at Disney Springs (February 2017)
Rick Bayless - Frontera Cocina at Disney Springs (October 2016)

I love Aaron Sanchez. I didn't know he was affiliated with House of Blues. Now to figure out where to fit this one it.

I have eaten at Planet Hollywood but that was before Guy Fieri became associated with them.
Guy Fieri - Planet Hollywood at Disney Springs

He revamped the HOB menu a few years back for the whole chain. I haven't eaten there since, but it is on my list!

I've eaten at Wolfgang Puck EXPRESS and we loved it! We have reservations for Homecoming this February (can't wait!) and are planning on Frontera Cocina in November 2017. I also ate at Cat Cora's back when it was on Boardwalk and we loved our breakfast there. We were super bummed when it closed.

The problems is these celebrity chefs have little to do with these restaurants. They are almost licensing out the use of their name. For instance, Guy Fieri admitted he had nothing to do with his own branded restaurant in Times Square. For the most part, these names have no meaning in the mass consumption market. Does anyone really think they are getting the Paul Bocuse experience at Epcot? Not to mention he's 90 years old.
