You can go to this page: https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/help/ and on the right side you can click on live chat/e-mail/phone and contact them any way you want. They always want feedback.
You might want to keep you trip report on in the same thread rather then making a new thread for each day. I think it makes it simpler to find and easier to continue reading and keep track of rather then jumping around finding each individual thread.
