Disney Survivor: Lunch Jaunts

In honor of the Podcast Opening I thought I'd do a related survivor. Dining is our favorite topic anyway.

For those who don't know the rules, you copy the list and take a point off the one you like least. You can see our last one to get an idea of how it works.

Wow... I've only been to 2 of those 5.... sooooooo... ill knock off Captains Grille... I liked it... BUT HATED the service. 3 hour dinner just aint cutting it for me.

I'm knocking off The Wave. The dinner menu options were either greasy or smothered in sauce. I'm not a sauce fan and sadly the chef was unable to accommodate a request for a meal without sauce. Oh well, good thing Disney has a lot of restaurants!

Taking one from Captain's Grille. I didn't see much on the menu that I would order.

Okay my turn. I 've only eaten at Kona & Captains Grille, both were good so I'll take one off Grand Floridian Cafe.

I haven't been myself, but I've always heard that GF Cafe is pretty vanilla. So one off there. It feels like we're takin' this one somewhat systematically!

Have y'all listened to the podcast? I swear, it made me want to go jump on a boat and head to Trail's End RIGHT NOW!

We did the GF Cafe a few years ago and were underwhelmed.

I like the ESPN Club too. Where else can you go out for lunch and sit in a recliner while watching the game on the big screen?

Well today I am going to finish off Captain's Grille. Its another one of those we never seem to make it there to eat. Plan on it and talk about it but then chose something different.

If I wasn't outside enjoying this beautiful day, I would have tried to preserve perfection for the Kona Cafe, but Mase beat me. So good-bye Wave - Victory for the Kona Cafe!
