Family "Swag"

I know we've talked about group t-shirts in the past, but is there any other sort of group swag that you do when you're traveling? Hats? Raincoats? Lanyards? Goodie Bags? Any sort of cute goodie bag that you have put together for friends and family that are traveling with you?

Let me see your creative ideas!

We got matching Mickey tie-dyed t-shirts off etsy. We aren't that crafty nor do we want to be that messy. . . And we got to custom select color combos. We also requested small Mickey heads, not big chest cover-ers.

We also coud have gotten castles or Tinkerbelle. And they are great quality shirts, too!

Well. . . You can't get them from her anymore. Disney shut her little etsy shop down for copyright infringement. She still makes shirts, just not Disney themed ones. Actually, she makes LOTS of really cool designs, and will do custom work, too.

She simply used stitching to outline the pattern and when pulled tight, the stitched area would stay white, outlining the Mickey or Tink, or castle in white. All the on line 'how-to' pages give you the general idea. You, too, can make the shirts. . . But woe unto you if you sell them. . . sarcastic

We're going to do shirts for our trip. Red, with "Keep Calm and Disney On" with Mickey's silhouette on top. I'm dorkily excited about these. clapping

We've done these silicone wristbands- they are pretty cool. You can wear them everyday of the trip, you can even wear them after you get back. The green ones glow in the dark.

LOL! My daughter and I actually discussed that when we did the Princess Weekend 5K last year! We decided to save it for if/when we ever tackle the 1/2 Marathon.

I have been thinking about it a lot this week. I haven't made any decisions yet though. Re-adding as serious training plan back into my schedule will take a little more juggling than it used to. Also, I recently gave up my YMCA membership, so I would want to re-up that. It's not out of the question yet. I just need to find some motivation laugh

I am making my Husband and i shirts to wear. One set is already complete - Marvel Themed. The next set are Phineas and Ferb themed. While not matches, we are similar.
