Well. . . You can't get them from her anymore. Disney shut her little etsy shop down for copyright infringement. She still makes shirts, just not Disney themed ones. Actually, she makes LOTS of really cool designs, and will do custom work, too.
She simply used stitching to outline the pattern and when pulled tight, the stitched area would stay white, outlining the Mickey or Tink, or castle in white. All the on line 'how-to' pages give you the general idea. You, too, can make the shirts. . . But woe unto you if you sell them. . .
