Fast Pass Plus with no ticket yet

I have a voucher to buy an annual pass when I get to the world. As such I currently have no ticket. Without a ticket I can't use Fast Pass plus. So everyone else in my party can use fast plus, but I can't. Does this make any sense?

I had the same problem. Or so I thought! I just upgraded our 2 upcoming trips to annual pass/passholders discounts!!!! yay I had already made FP+ selections as we initially had a pkg. Sadly, the system dumped my previous selections because I didn't have tickets attached. waiting But the good news is, if you have the voucher, go into My experience and link the numbers on the back of the voucher card to tickets/passes section. It's like 20 digits or something like that. Once I did that, I was able to reselect my FP+ again! Good Luck!

I also have an AP voucher. In fact, I don't even have a physical voucher--just a confirmation number. I was having trouble linking the AP to my My Disney Experience account to make FP+ selections, but the nice people at Disney were able to straighten everything out over the phone. I know have my magic bands and my FP+ selections are made. Fingers crossed for smooth sailing next week!!

The PAP voucher I have has 21 Digits.
The purchase receipt has no code except a transaction number.

When I called the good people at Disney, they told me that in fact I cannot make fast pass selections until I get admission media.

It's ridiculous that I have to know what I want to eat and ride six months in advance already. Now I have to buy an annual pass six months in advance. That kind of defeats the whole purpose of an annual pass.

Why are they making the guest experience so damn complicated.

Do you have a voucher that has plastic cards? I had them mail mine to me. I just got the AP, not the PAP though. I just got them yesterday in the mail. It took me probably around an hour to figure out how to link them to my experience. I must have entered numbers from the voucher atleast 10 different times in different combinations. I was ready to give up and just call when I thought I would try the 20digit number on the back of the card. The "link ticket/pass" section says 12 digit number. But I tried the 20 digit and to my surprise it actually worked. I'm guessing you already tried to put the 21 digit number in the link area? If not, give it a try. Don't give up! If you can't get it to work, give Disney a call again. It's possible you got someone who wasn't quite sure of the right answer. I don't have my admission media yet, just vouchers and by the looks of it Alicemouse was able to get them to straighten hers out without even having the voucher.

I agree! I've been taking notes about what I like and what is difficult with this whole process since they want feedback. I figured since we will be doing surveys might as well tell the good and the not so good.

This is very true. The system is still very new for these folks and as magical as talking to them can be, I think some CM's in the customer service arena are a little bit beat down at the moment. I had to try three different times until I found "Katie", who admitted to me that my problem was more than she knew how to handle and transferred me to a supervisor who took notes on my problem, let me get off the phone, worked several hours to fix the problem, and called me when it was done.

A side note, because I am on a DVC reservation, all of my PAP questions and linking things to my Magic Bands had to go through DVC Member Services. I would have never thought to call them regarding a My Magic + problem, so thankfully the first guest relations CM that I talked to knew to direct me to DVC.
