I am a Huge Disney fan! My name is Lyndsey and I have been visiting WDW twice per year ever since I was 6 weeks old.
I visited WDW in May 2012, August 2012, and we are gearing up for another visit in May 2013 before embarking on the Disney Fantasy!

What's your favorite thing to do at Epcot? What about your favorite Epcot restaurant?
Epcot has the best dining I think. It's hard to choose. I think my favorite based on food taste is Le Cellier and the worst restaurant is Marakesh. Yuck. That was a one time visit only!

Not a fan of the Mediterranean-taste, huh??
I have always wanted to go to Le Cellier...I get shut out EVERY time! I hear wonderful things about that infamous cheese soup...and the steaks...and the atmosphere!
I agree about the food in Epcot...it is yum-tastic!
