Well, it's going lol. I did 17 miles before we left which was the second time I've done that distance. From here on out, it's all new territory lol. Next weekend I've got a 20 miler So far it's been going pretty good. I even managed runs at Pop Century

Well, now I am down to 11 days till departure BUT I am scheduled to have a pacemaker installed in 2 days (Tues.) and scheduled to leave for the airport on the 30th and fly out EARLY on 1 Dec. So if the healing process doesn't go as planned, I may have my plans changed by my doctor.
So scrappy I think standing on my head all that time was not beneficial.

My sincere thanks to all the well wishers out there. The surgery went off successfully although a lot later in the day than scheduled due to an emergency which arrived in the E.R. that required my surgeons attention for some 6 1/2 hrs. Also there was some talk of postponing the surgery till next week which would NOT have worked out (we leave on Wed. of that week). Believe me I sincerely thanked the surgeon for staying to do my procedure. So I have an appt. with his office the day before we leave to make sure everything is healing properly . When I was discharged they said everything looked great. So as it stands it looks like I will be meeting up with Subvet and his lady friend at WDW. OH! and Happy Thanksgiving to all of you in the States.

26 days until our Hockey Tournament trip and I get to spend a few days in my happy place! Still waiting on the schedule so I can make plans. Since we are not staying on property and I have NO PLANS, I really don't feel like we are going. This is so strange!

Then there are only 95 more days until we sail on the Wonder!
