Most Romantic Things to do in Disney World

Hello All!

We have our honeymoon booked for Feb 7th-13th at WL and then will be taking the Disney Dream for 3 nights (Feb 14 - 17)!

I'm totally excited and have been researching like crazy... But would like some suggestions of things that would be really great to do.

Restaurants? Rides? Secret places to visit? Romantic outings that we shouldn't miss?

Without money being an obstacle, what would be your suggestions as to how to have an amazing honeymoon??

Thanks!!!

My personal opinion is that when you're wit hthe one you love it's hard not to have romance in Disney, it just sort of happens all around you. Even simple moments seem to have a little more magic than usual.

The WDWFG Blog has covered lots of fun romantic ideas to explore at WDW. I gathered up just a few of the articles that feature no cost and low cost options for date nights at Disney. I hope these spark your imagination!

One of our favorite places to eat is at Le Cellier in Canada in Epcot. The atmosphere is romantic and enjoyable. We go there at least once per every visit, but make sure you make reservation early. Congratulations to both of you!

If you are up for pampering and a great meal. . . By all means go to Victoria and Albert's. It is such a great experience and they will take care of you like you've never had wait staff care for you before. It is quiet and so personal- romance is easily found here!
muchlove

A stroll through the Poly at night, the Tiki torches flickering, her hair dancing in the evening breeze catching the glow of the moonlight. The Castle off in the distance with the sounds of the south seas floating in the air................................ a Lupa Lupa under each arm............................................. biggrin yay

I agree with you completely Kristen! Even watching Wishes on a crowded Main Street with my DH was simply fantastic and romantic even though we were surrounded by people. Riding a bus from place to place just takes on a whole different feel when you are with the one you love!

I agree with everyone above. It's not hard to find romance in WDW, even amongst thousands of people. DH and I got engaged in Disney, married in Disney, honeymooned in Disney, and go every year. Make sure they have it marked on your resort reservation that you are honeymooning. If they don't automatically give you honeymoon or just married buttons, make sure to ask for them. Also, make sure every ADR has it marked as well. We always get a fireworks cruise for the two of us. Yeah, it is a couple hundred bucks but to be alone (except for the driver), watching the fireworks is perfect and honestly, the best view you can have.

It's kind of silly but one of my favorite memories from our engagement trip is being on Big Thunder Mountain Railroad with my now hubby. We had just started moving and I looked down at my hands as I was hanging on for dear life. I saw that ring and looked at him and it was magic, like no one else was there. I couldn't believe it. Even now, every time we get on the ride, I look at my ring and then to him and can't help but smile. Smile
