Thank you so much everyone! Oh we're definately doin' a happy dance over here in the suburbs of Chicago! I must admit I was getting a bit nervous reading all the posts about "pre trip training" "packing spreadsheets" and so forth - but I'm over that now - Now I'm just really really excited to get to the happiest place on Earth....

Hi Mimi, I'm Kristen. I have no life beyond the magic and tend to go overboard! I am a severe Disneyholic, the condition is aggravated by an obsessive compulsive disorder to plan. Please never feel freaked out by any of my over zealous pre-trip pass times! In all honesty I've been traveling to WDW and DLR for 40+ years and could get there and enjoy myself just as much with 5 minutes notice. All that other stuff just helps me spread the pixie dust around at home too. Besides, we have to have something to keep the conversations rolling!

)- PLEASE I hope you didn't take offense to my comment. All the posts have very valid points and make a lot of sense. I've learned a great deal from this site and gotten a lot of fabulous ideas that we plan on incorporating into our trip, and I am truly grateful to all the members here. I've built this trip up so much to my husband (who has never been) that I don't want us to fall flat on our faces because we underestimated something (i.e. walking, planning, ADRs and such). This is our first REAL vacation since we've been married and I guess I'm just getting pre-vacation jitters

All you need to do is relax. Get into your best meditation form and do the following....ohm "I'm going to Disney World" ohm "I'm going to Disney World". Yippee.
