Posting this from the local hospital ICU ward. I had a little incident yesterday, had a heart attack. I'm just glad I'm able to be the one telling you this and not scrappy having to tell you. Luckily I recognized the symptoms fast enough and called 911. Scary feeling though knowing your life could be slipping away. They were able to get me in here fast enough and put in 2 stents. Had 99 % blockage in 1 artery in 2 spots. It's amazing what they can do these days. Doctor was just in here and said I will probably go home tomarrow if all goes well. We will keep you informed.
In all seriousness, I'm so grateful that you saw the symptoms early and called 911. What a scary situation. Thank goodness you've got great medical care nearby. Our love to you and Scrappy! Disney World will be even sweeter this time!
First thing i asked the doctor after he went over the list of can and can't do's was how this would effect us going to disney and going on rides and he said " It shouldn't make a difference at all". So we are clear for our trip in Oct! Waaahooooo! I just have a 2 week down time right now before I can go back to work. Thank you all for all the get well wishes.
