Online Booking Question

We just booked our October trip online and I could not find an option to pay in full as we usually do. I could only pay the deposit. Has it changed and they no longer have the option to pay in full or am I missing it somewhere? I prefer to pay now to get it out of the way, especially with our Canadian dollar being "ok" right now laugh

I also liked that option, but alas it's no longer available. You must now call in and talk to a CM to take the payment. At least that's what I've had to do the last few times. If you find a way, please let me know.

If you sign into your account via PC you can pay off the remainder. Pay whatever deposit you want, then go to "My reservations". It will show your main hotel and ticket reservations, then there will be a spot that shows what you still owe. I think there it say "Make a payment" and you can pay it off.

You can not make payments online for a room only reservation. Also, you can not see your balance due for a room only reservation. I have wondered why there is a difference in room only reservations. The only difference I know is you do not have to pay in full till you arrive with a room only. But still, you would think they would like your money if you want to give it to them.

I had this problem a couple of weeks ago. My mom was paying for part of it and I was paying the remainder.

They ended up charging the full amount due on arrival day and having to credit it back to me to make the change with mom's card.

My TA said we could call it in but they "may not" take the full amount. Why I have no idea... TAKE MY MONEY!!!

I always do pay it off before we go. They will take a payment or you can pay in full if you call.

I did not realize it was different for room only reservations. I agree, you'd think they'd jump at any chance to get your money laugh

We do this as well. I've made partial payments and full payments over the phone with a CM. They've always taken my money! wink

I wish they would allow us to make payments on the website for room only reservations.
