So with our unexpected trip all set and planned I thought I'd do a pre-trip report. I pretty quickly set up our ADRs to try and get some decent times.
We'll be staying at Port Orleans French Quarter. This is where we stayed on our first trip to WDW in 2013. We loved it then and wished we had stayed there instead of Riverside on our last trip. I would have picked Caribbean Beach. But with my DH wanting this trip so much I'm willing to do almost anything to support him enjoying Disney World as much as me (or almost as much as me)
This time 6/7 of our ADRs are at restaurants that we haven't tried so far. Also, all of them are dinner reservations.
Day 1: Via Napoli
Day 2: Captain's Grille
Day 3: Restaurant Marrakesh
Day 4: Olivia's Cafe
Day 5: The Garden Grill
Day 6: Mama Melrose's
Day 7: Teppan Edo
Somehow in all my previous planning I've never even heard of Olivia's Cafe or Captain's Grille so I hope they're good!
We don't have too many plans other than doing the Behind the Seeds tour which we missed last time. Not sure what else yet!
Glad to hear this! I'm looking forward to trying Morimoto's in May. I luuuurve Bao, and they had two different kinds on the menu.
