It's only 5 days until we head to Hilton Head for Newsies and our second stay at the HHI Resort! I can't wait to see it decorated for Christmas since we just missed all the decor last time we were there! I will share pics and such when we get back! 
We also put in an offer on points at Beach Club today! WHAT??? Well, Joe did. I was having one of my mornings where things seemed a bit much for me so this really helped cheer me up a bit 
Now for the trip report. I JUST realized when I started writing this and looked at my countdown that we are only 19 days away!
So I booked this a while back with promises to Joe that it would be our last trip this year 
I looked and looked and never could find a room at a decent price unless I wanted to give up Christmas for the next few years LOL and then one day out of the blue POOF, there was a room at POP! I'm actually pretty damn excited about it. Pop is "our resort". It's where we spent my 40th birthday and our first "adults only" trip. The trip that solidified my absolute love for Disney!
I've been going back and forth the last few weeks about going. Then the wreck happened and I really went into a tail spin. Well tonight I decided WE ARE GOING!!!

Friday Dec 22 - Driving down after work, late late arrival so straight to be for an early morning!
Saturday Dec 23
I will be starting this trip out with a bang! I have booked the Yuletide Fantasy Tour and I could not be more excited. The tour starts in Epcot at 9. It focuses on Christmas decorations in the parks and resorts. After Epcot, we head to MK and one of the resorts. I am a bit excited about this and will be on a Christmas high the remainder of the day. Since Joe has ZERO interest in this, he is going to go golf
After we meet back up we will head to Hollywood Studios We have a 4:20pm ADR at 50's Prime Time Cafe and we plan on taking in Jingle Bell Jingle Bam and Sunset Season's Greetings. This is ALL new for us!
Sunday December 24
We are going to take it pretty easy today. I know the crowds are gonna be insane so I don't want to over do it! We will head to Disney Springs for something BRAND NEW!!! I have us booked for the Star Wars Virtual Reality experience at 11:30! It opens on December 16 so I am hoping to hear good things about it since we have no idea exactly what we are in for! It says to expect to be there about 30 minutes. I made a 12:40 Splitsville ADR and hoping for the best!!
We will probably check out the Christmas Tree Trail before heading back to Pop to rest before we go to Animal Kingdom. Our first FP is 6:35pm for Everest followed by 9:00pm Flight of Passage. I really just want to see the decorations and ride Flight. If we get antsy, we will head over to AKL to see the decorations before the park
Monday December 25
Epcot EARLY. I just want to see Voices of Liberty and hit a couple of the holiday booths. I don't have any lunch or dinner plans this day, we may just eat at the resort and avoid the crowds all together!
Tuesday December 26
Planning on getting up waaaaay before the crack of dawn to drive home. I hate holiday traffic and I want to avoid as much a possible. And if that means getting up at 4 then so be it!!
And that is it in a nutshell. Our last trip of the year! Wow what a year it has been. Can't wait for February and the marathon weekend. Only 81 days!!
