She's Baaaaaaaack!!

Hello All,

I've been away for so long and have missed my Disney peeps!! Just had a lot of "life stuff" going on...good stuff but it has kept me away. Looking forward to life settling down a bit. laugh

We are headed to the World unexpectedly at the end of the month. It's not really a "Disney" trip, we're going to serve as Godparents for our friends newly born son. We'll tack on a couple of extra days to the trip and visit the parks for a day or two.

We're staying off-property this time since the focus is not really on the World. Booked a room at the Radisson-Lake Buena Vista...nice and close to DTD and a very good rate. We've been to the World many times so we'll be able to do most of the "park stuff" that we want in just a couple of days. Mostly we're there to see friends.

The trip is coming up very quickly, time to start sorting through my pins to pick out some traders!!

Looking forward to lunch at the Earl!!! awesome

What fun - tacking on a few days at The World. I say any chance to get a park or 2 in is a good thing clapping And congratulations on the Godparent thingie - that's one lucky boy!

Can't wait to here how things go - and do note that the thought of lunch at the EOS makes me crazy jealous laugh

Hey Brad!!! Glad to be back! I've missed my Disney Peeps!! It's been a very busy several months for us. We built a house this year and just moved in 3 weeks ago....still a LOT of boxes to unpack but we're getting there!! I was thinking we'd make a trip to the World over Thanksgiving but we were asked to be Godparents so that moved the trip up a few months...and gave us a few months LESS to save...hence this being a quick, budget minded trip...stay off-property, eat cheap where possible, counter service in the Parks, no Boma this trip sad ...but even a budget trip is better than no trip laugh
