Thank you very much. I have only known her for a little over four years but she was an amazing lady for sure!

I decided to throw together a quick look at the table. This table is smaller than the ones we are renting for the wedding, the tables we are renting seat 8. I was just missing the table cards that are the Disney couples, and then each plate will have a Koozie and a mickey rice crispy treat. And then we are going to get small desert plates at the dollar or party store then I can complete my hidden mickey head place setting.
Then we went to go get suit fitting and do the colors and everything and I was mega disappointed. It really stinks that everyone is in different locations from 5 minutes away up to two hours away from us. So I picked a location that was in the middle for everyone. Which really doesn't matter I guess because the same company owns the all the tux places in pretty much the entire state. So my vision was I wanted the guys to wear the same purple the girls dresses are which is a darker lavender, with black vests, deep purple ties, and dark blue jeans. So we needed to rent he shirts, vests, and ties. I thought this would be easier/cheaper than trying to get everyone together to get them and actually end up with the same stuff.
Well when we got there I was told the shirt options were, white, ivory, or black. So that completely threw me off. I was not expecting that as on their website it shows colored shirts!!!!! So she said we can do the purple vests with purple ties that match the girls dresses so I was like I guess. So then I ended up getting Adam a black vest instead to make him different, but I didn't think about my maid of Honor has a totally different dress from everyone else because she refused to buy online and we could find nothing that matched in anyway. And they didn't have like any samples of what anything was going to look like other than color swatches and I think the vest is a satin so I think its going to be a crappy shinny bright purple which is not what I wanted at all! But all everyone seemed to care about was getting out of there as fast as possible because they were all hungry. And then Adam went ahead and paid before I even found out how much it is going to cost at all. Which it as 62 which wasn't bad, but I wasn't totally set on everything. So I don't know what to do I feel like my maid of honor is going to look like she goes with Adam and it is all going to look HORRIBLE! I wanted the black to offset everything so that it didn't blend in with all the decorations that are the same color. mad mad mad
So I don't know what to do at this point. I am wondering if I can try to call them and change it to something else now, or if I can cancel it, but I think there is a fee to cancel it now because they all signed the paperwork! GRRRRRRR

1st - Your tables look lovely.

2nd - Just keep breathing, everything is going to work out great. It's very common these days that everyone in a wedding party doesn't match perfectly. It lends a more casual feel and allows the personality of your attendants to show off a little. In the grand scheme of things what matters is that you are marrying the man you love. It will all come together. Hang in there!

I love your tables and all your choices so far. As it gets closer and you plan more you will get stressed more and I know that feeling all to well when I was planning my wedding last year but I swear you will have a more amazing day than you can imagine because nothing can come close to your wedding day. We had a few hiccups on our wedding day and I wouldn't change a thing we look back now and laugh, My husband didn't have a clue when the buttonholes were delivered (we had fresh flowers so they were only given to us on the morning) and he just picked the biggest out of the bunch to wear and the best man the second biggest... so my husband had on throughout the ceremony his mothers corsage and the best man had the grooms button hole. its little things that make it more personal and more memories. You and your future husband will look amazing Smile

Love the tables muchlove

I cannot begin to imagine the stress but totally understood where you are coming from. Take a fresh look and if you are not happy change it, you are only doing this day once and there are things that will be out of your control, so fix the things you can - once you've had a fresh look and taken a deep breath.

Thanks! and yeah I just got to hang in there I definitely can't make her change her dress now so it is what it is. I am having my seamstress make her a belt to match the other girls with some of the material off of the other girls dresses.

Haha, yeah those things happens. I doubt anyone is really going to care in the end, and I think everything will be all good in the end.

Thank you. Yes, it is stressful, but I do just need to breath and work through it and hope everything turns out good in the end.

Ok so my wedding band that I ordered came in. It fits the ring fairly well and it looks good with it because they are both vintage style, but it is very very small, like it feels like I could snap it very easily thin kind of small. So I might keep my eye out at the Outlet in a couple of weeks, I have 60 days to return it if I see something else. And I also had the same girl that did the save the dates and wedding invitations make me programs that look like park maps, I just have to upload them to vistaprint and get them printed.

Got the flower girl basket done. Cute! Had a bit of a set back this week picked my dress up Saturday and went for my first fitting on Monday, and well I gained a few pounds..... so its about 2.5" away from zipping all the way up so here is to getting serious with my Herbalife shakes and loosing some pounds to fit back into my dress or it will have to be let out and I really don't want to do that.

Yesterday was a pretty productive day. We went to pick up my engagement ring that I had sent out so that I had sent out to be rhodium plated so it looked new before the wedding and to get Adam sized because there was a ring online that he wanted to get that was $400. So while we were there he looked at rings and say one that he really liked and it happened to be in his size which they normally don't have in stock and better yet it was on clearance. So it was a $200 ring and we ended up paying $90.23 for it! Score! So then we went to Wal Mart because I needed to get all the guys jeans for the wedding so they all matched. So we got all but three of the guys because they didn't have their size so I am going to check the Wal Mart in the next town over this week. But we went by the PJ section and they had a really cute pair of Minnie PJ's and I still needed to get a gift for my girls so I bought all the girls and myself matching PJ's and we can all wear them the night before the wedding and getting ready the next morning. And I think I might get some plain tank tops and do some cure iron ons on them too.

Hello everyone it certainly is getting closer and quickly! This Sunday was my surprise bridal shower and my mom certainly went over the top. It was a Mad Tea Party and there was a bunch of Alice in Wonderland decorations. There was cute hats and a candy bar. Little sandwiches made out in card suits and all kinds of cool treats. She even went so far as to put little eyes on the flowers like the talking flowers in Alice. Then there was a few cool games they did and of course gifts. Which mostly ended up being cash and Disney Gift cards because that is all we asked for. I also got two suitcases one that is mickey pants and one that was black with mickey on it in silver. They are awesome well maid suitcases from American Tourister. It was a really fun awesome party I wish I had, had more time to look around at everything because it was so awesome. Everyone said it was the best shower they had been to.

So after the Bridal shower I went into get something from my wedding stuff to work on and noticed the box for my cake topper was not where I put it so I opened it up to look at it and despite being in a cardboard box and bubble wrap it had broken right in half! I tried to fix it and glue it back together but it didn't look good you could clearly see where it was glued. So I was like ok I will order another one. So I went online to where I ordered it before on Etsy and the shop was no longer on there! So I ended up searching all night and came across a tangled one that I liked and was even able to get it personalized too and I love it. Then I also got a personalized hanger for my wedding dress which I think came out super cute. It is getting so close can't believe we are getting married in little over a week!

That hanger is so adorable! Where did you order it from? Because I'm totally thinking that all my hangers need to have Minnie and Mickey tops. laugh

This is where I got the hanger from. Its really cute but very fragile where the wire is.
