PS: Yak & Yeti....Tangierine Cafe....Marrakesh....oh yeah. It's gonna happen. That's MY kinda food right there. Which TS should I treat myself to....hmmmmmmmmm........STEAK!!!! yummm!

Officially, it is
Sonoma Goat Cheese Ravioli - with Sun-dried Tomatoes, Pesto, Shiitake Mushrooms, and Basil
If I am correct, it is the only menu item that has been with the California Grill from the beginning.

If I recall. . . They may be in the tomato broth/sauce. Not inside. But i really don't remember them even making an appearance.

Joe likes to use his immersion blender to occasionally hide mushrooms in dishes.
I am a lifelong member of the MUSHROOMS ARE ICKY AND YOU CAN'T MAKE ME EAT THEM club, but this dish sounds really really good.
