What's the last thing you do?

I was thinking..we've had post before about the very first thing you do when you get to the world..but..I was wondering what's the LAST thing you do..inside or outside of the parks?

Our has changed over the years. The first few trips we ended the trip with HS and we would sit on a bench on Hollywood Blvd. eating french fries & people watching. The last few years we have ended our trip at MK closing down the park by watching PhilharMagic. We also start our trip this way too..so..it makes it full circle.

Since flights to the UK are usually in the late afternoon or early evening, our last day is often spent relaxing by the pool as we don't spend much time there for the rest of our holiday.

I can only please one person per day. Today isn't your day... tomorrow doesn't look good either.

We had a tendency to leave late too, which we didn't enjoy very much. We knew the trip was over and we were kicked out of our room, but we had to wait around for our flight. No fun!

Our last day is usually at DTD - last stroll around, through the shops and lunch at Earl of Sandwich.

Our last day varies based on when the flight is, but usually we're scrambling to do the things we promised ourselves we'd do all week -- buy certain souvenirs, visit a particular restaurant, finally go swimming, stuff like that.

Oh yeah, and packing. We're that family who winds up with everything they own strewn around the hotel room, so picking it up and getting it all back in a suitcase can be a long-term project.

Our last day is always at the MK. Just got to get that last good fix to hold us over till the next time!

Any particular last ride or meal?

Our last day is usually DHS because it usually has EMH on Satudays and that's the day we usually leave.

The last thing I do is drag DW to the car and force her in. laugh

I'm usually not too bad about leaving. I'm kind of ready to go once the trip is essentially over. She's always very reluctant to leave.

Aaahh! I know that felling very well Brad! I have to put my DW's seat belt on and turn on the kiddie locks so she can't get out of the car, and we drive all the way! laugh

I call it our "Sad Day".
Dave is ready to get in the car and get the trip over with..I'm the one kicking and screaming all the way home. Until he gives in and let's me start planning our next trip around the Georgia border.

Haha - I am so bad I drag it out as long as I can. Last trip, I wore my pirate Mickey ears to the Orlando airport, through security, on the plane, through the Minneapolis airport (boy, the looks) and in the car until we got home. And then I wore them down to Joe's parents house the next day when we went to pick up the pets.

Poor Joe.....
