Whoa! Thanks everyone! I didn't know that flower picture would get this kind of reaction. I may have to dig for more flower pictures in my archive!

OMG, that one is even BETTER, if it's at all possible! Dude, I bow down to your photographer's eye. You come up with the most creative angles for shots.

Do we need to photoshop them out so Brad doesn't have a stroke?

Change of scenery. Going from "no people" to pictures with lots of people. Smile

Thunder Mountain Railroad at Disneyland. Notice the goat with a stick of dynamite in his mouth. Smile

I love the goat at BTMRR at DL.

There is an inside joke among DL BTMRR enthusiasts that when you pass the goat while on the mine train, if you turn you head and stay fixated on it till he goes out of view, it'll cause a dizzying sensation as you round the next bank.

Yes I've tried it and well, let's just say that BTMRR is a great ride no matter what!

That's why Disney will have trouble going forward. I don't think you could make a new ride with a goat with dynamite in its mouth. I think it would be viewed as too non-PC.

If anyone is interested, here's my video of the Thunder Mountain Railroad ride at DL.

This doesn't quite satisfy Brad's strict requirement, since there are people in the background. But it is still one of my favorite shots, and it was taken a while back (you can see a hint of the wand in the background) even before I develop my "photography skills", and using only a 2 megapixel camera! {horrors!}

Is that a Flower and Garden Festival shot? Clearly you were playing with layering and depth!

Yup. That was during the Flower and Garden Festival. If I have to guess, I'd say that's from 2002 or 2003.

This is not one of my better fireworks shot, so maybe it doesn't belong in this thread. But since tomorrow is Valentine's Day, I thought it might be appropriate.

Happy Valentine's Day!

Amazing shot of the hearts, Zapperz. They so rarely face forward--I'm so impressed with that!

Here's a quick shot taken this week for everyone. There are other, more conventional shots in my Not-Quite-President's-Day trip report threads

Seriously! Do you have one with a right-side-up frownie face?

Actually, I don't. That is another one that is difficult to get, and probably has more to do with good luck than anything else.

So here's one picture that is currently "in competition" for the "World Showcase" theme. It's doing well in the first round of voting, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
