12 Ways To Pop The Question At Walt Disney World

Did you know that December is prime season for popping the question? Yes, it's engagement season once again and if your sweetie is a Disney fan, you may be looking for ideas to make your proposal just a little more magical. We've gathered 12 ideas to help make some proposal memories at Walt Disney World.

  1. Be a traditionalist. Get down on one knee with ring in hand in front of Cinderella Castle.

  2. At some Disney restaurants you can even pre-order a white chocolate slipper filled with raspberry mousse for a beautiful presentation. Have your waiter deliver it with the ring in the mousse.

  3. Take your sweetie into their favorite Disney show, and ask the cast member if they can help you ask her/him them to marry you right before the show.

  4. Gather all your friends and family under the guise of a monorail crawl pop the question then.

  6. Stage your and family outside to take a group photo with a photopass photographer, then have them pull out signs that will you marry me on them. Have your sweetie check to make sure the picture is good.

Another way is something we saw last week: flip the switch as a couple at Osborne Lights, then propose. Of course, won't be possible to do this after January 3, 2016 since that is the final day for the Lights :-(

Yes, I did.
He asked me at the lookout point at Disneys Cast Away Cay, the private island.
We were on a cruise. He bought the ring in the Bahamas too!

My boyfriend proposed this year (early sept) on the first day of our Disney trip! He did the traditional thing and popped the question at the first photo op at the bottom of Main Street!
I thought we were getting a first day photo done but instead ended up with a great collection of pictures to keep forever :)

I popped the question at the top of Spaceship Earth under the stars. Now we have 4 kids which have now all got to ride under those same stars. She says it's still her favourite part of the ride ;)
